“Close to everything you need”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the lake and hikes. The staff was very kind. It was super quiet and cute. Could use a comfier mattress or topper. ”

“It was a better stay than motel 6. It came with fridge and microwave and ironing board and iron. Front desk has a very awesome customer service, including housekeeping ”

“Pool was closed at Viejas Hotel side. Housekeeping did not clean rooms at all on a 4 day stay. ”

“This was a quick stay for a baseball tournament and the property was fully booked. The front desk clerk was helpful and welcoming and let me know that the TV in our room wasn’t working and offered to adjust the rate because of this. When my daughter wanted to give the unheatef pool a shot, the clerk opened up the area for us. ;-). The mattresses here were comfortable and the area was quiet was quiet. The updated design is noticable and it appears more upgrades are coming to this property. ”

“A personnel were wonderful we are treated well the breakfasts were good only thing there was a problem was the In-N-Out burgers lines make it difficult to get to the back parking”

“Everything was too notch except for two complaints- the refrigerator’s cooler was extremely loud and woke us up in the middle of the night so that we had to unplug it. The AC unit’s fan rotation mechanism was squeaky and that unit needs to be serviced. ”

“Took deposit for incidentals but no inventory list or paperwork present. Bathrooms bath pain spot various location, toilets cover wrong size, unfit ,instead off egg shape cover,it was around shape,all night i could not sleep due freeway sounds, sliding door need energy efficiency, appears to be zero efficiency. Check out paperwork was not available, required for email. Breakfast provided but i strongly recommend have boil eggs or ,scramble egg will fulfill the gap. Sleeping bed and pillow was……

“We arrived very late Thursday night due to a house plumbing problem and wanted someplace close to our home. I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us. He provided excellent customer……
