“My room was unacceptable, there was mold and the shower was flooding the bathroom all the time, the wifi did not work very well and the owner/manager was not helpful. I had to call every time we needed more towels and she was not welcoming or friendly at all. When we told her about the shower she did not show any remorse”
“Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay……
