“Wonderful staff. I arrived in town 2 hours before check in and was going to a concert. I asked the hotel if they could keep the wine and cheesecake i brought in the fridge for me until we checked in much layer after the concert which they did without hesitation. Beautiful rooms. Great customer service ”

“Excellent location. Lobby had the odor of a locker room. Elevator was unavailable first two days we were there due to new tile work(excusable), but my wife has trouble with stairs. No maid service during our stay; only thing we needed was towels and washcloths and we made due.”

“The staff was excellent. They saved my vacation. I booked a double queen originally and Hotels.com changed my room to a King studio. The staff accomodated my family. I will never use Hotels.com again for this mishap. This is the second trip Hotels.com has done this. I will book this hotel again directly or through another travel website. “For the low price I was highly suprised with our room. The size was amazing, and it had a full kitchen which I rarely see in hotels. All of the amenities in the room were awesome, and it appeared everything was clean and well taken care of. Both of the front desk people I spoke with were very nice. It was smooth checking in and out. The included breakfast wasn't my favorite but for no extra cost it was a nice option. All in all i would gladly stay here again if in the area. ”
