“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! “We came up for the weekend for a memorial service . It was a great stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. We felt safe. The staff was wonderful especially the young man Andrew that checked us in . He was so kind and took care of all of our needs. ”
