This is a mixed bag. Had three {really 4 since one changed) different 1 bedrooms for a grad in area. Great location, and nice units but it feels like the hotel was opened before it was ready. Some units had wifi, some did not, (actually had to change rooms for this)some had hair dryers, most did not, some had good AC, some did not and one even had a portable unit. When I booked Expedia said that there was onsite parking but there is not and the lot across the street didn't open until noon so we had to Uber to the graduation at the last minute. My parents are over 80 so getting to the lot was an issue too. Expedia did remove this under listing but it was a big negative for us. Staff was wonderful but totally overwhelmed and spread thin. Had to get own linens for room change and never came back for wifi issues. Building across the street is under very loud construction so I so l would avoid high number rooms on that side. Rec room is beautiful but only had one pool cue- many things like this- a just miss. I would ask for any unit on the 02 line, that was a nice room. They seemed to have stopped during reno as a mix of new and very old and it was random what you would get. It was an inexpensive apt unit but there are others that I would use in future that have better amenities.

IF YOU NEED RELIABLE INTERNET SERVICE, STAY AWAY!
This hotel is a real study in contrasts. A pretty nice property basically, but right next to a busy elevated road. It also has some really surprising areas of neglect. You end up with the feeling that a few years ago someone without enough money to run it properly inherited a nice hotel.
There are some exceptional workers, and there are some who seem to consider the guests mostly just a bother.
Get a room with a kitchen? Be sure to bring your own kitchen knives, pans, and cookware, because they don't come with the room.
But if you need reliable internet service as I did, this is the last place to stay. Bring it to the attention of the staff and they tell you there's nothing that can be done when that's clearly not true.
It is a nice property, fundamentally, beginning to be worn down. I expect it will be declining steadily.

very centre of Georgetown with its bars and restaurants, large very clean rooms, very friendly staff, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher machine, good facilities - games room, lounge, gym, laundry etc. Room decor is bare and clinical perhaps best for longer stays when you can add warmth. Wifi a bit iffy, I had no problem but my friend had difficulties

I would not recommend this place. The staff are unprofessional and the rooms are not stocked. It was extremely loud because the staff were joining in on the partying at night.
