“We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there.”

“This place is amazing - secluded in the woods yet 5 minutes from town and the waterfalls of Watkins Glen! Beautiful house, spectacular inside and out. Spotless. Such a great place for a getaway, weekend or extended. We will most definitely come back here - it's that special! Highly recommend!!! A++++++++++++”

“This place has a great location. The neighborhood is safe and so quiet. All of the beds are very comfortable. The only drawback is that this is not the entire house. We were surprised there is an upstairs apartment. We did not see any mention of this in the narrative. The folks upstairs were quiet, so it was fine. Also, it stated there was a hot tub and sauna, which there were not. Not a big deal for us and we we still enjoyed ourselves.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Gracie’s House. It was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious and cozy. The beds were very nice and we slept very well. Probably the only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Other than that, it was great! The keurig didn’t work but the other coffee pot did.”

“Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again.”

The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!”

“The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete”

“The single-lane access road to the cabin has several sharp bends to get to and from the location, but once you are there, it's very relaxing. Not small, but just big enough. Very clean and everything works. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Monica was easily reachable for any questions.”

“My wife and I had a great time exploring the finger lakes region. Staying in this cabin was a great locatiin to the two of the larger lakes. I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. “This was our second time staying at this lovely house. The location was ideal, very clean and everything you needed for a delightful stay. Bonus was the brand new gas grill and coupon for the winery right next door! This will always be our go to spot for visiting Finger Lakes. P.S. even though we didn’t bring our pup this time, the fenced in back yard is ideal for your fur babies!”

“My family , 4 of us - all adults, plus 2 medium sized dogs stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very cute, very small - no electricity , port a potty . All that was ok, but it rained all weekend - so it was cramped . It would have been great if it hadnt rained . The location is beautiful , there was a wedding on the proprty and you can easily hear every word of the music - that was kinda fun actually.. All in all, it was a great visit!”

“This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love!”
