“St. Ermin’s hotel was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The service was impeccable and everyone always spoke kindly and were super helpful. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and they did everything they could to make it right. We booked the family room and the extra space made it so nice!! We will 100% stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit London!”

“I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. ”

"I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me? "
