The cabin is minutes from the Ohio border and you can see the lake from the back deck. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. We did the Erie Zoo, Football Hall of Fame, Presque Isle, and the Classic Car Museum. Lynn came to greet us soon after we unpacked. Only about 2.5 miles to the graduation and 15 minutes to Presque Isle for a picnic. Games and coloring things for kids. We didn’t use them but I bet families with kids love that extra. “The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub. The property manager was wonderful.”
