The property is older and the condition needs to be updated. It was fairly clean. It was expensive given the age and condition of the rooms. The positive is you receive a full breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. It is in a good location outside the super busy downtown but very close to the west Yellowstone entrance gate. The breakfast is top notch and starts at 6:30, easy to just grab a bagel and head out if you prefer too.

Nice place, nice room, half mile from the main town road, clean, nice pool, good breakfast, just a few Spanish tv channels and some don't work.

The Yellowstone west entrance is easily accessible from this hotel. We had a room that had three beds. The one bed was in a room by itself. My family would stay here again just for that option. The breakfast was fabulous. The room had the area to get ready apart from the bathroom/shower. This can be a positive or a negative, depending on who is with you. It was within a few minutes of a great restaurant of where we ate dinner for the one night we visited. Everyone slept well in their beds.

My husband and I had a lovely, memorable stay in Yellowstone National Park. The Yellowstone Westgate Hotel was great! We especially liked the hotel concierge's Greg and Lynda Berlin. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of our trip and answered every question we asked. Greg and Lynda also helped us in planning our daily activities in a way we were best able to utilize our time and see as much as possible in our 5 day stay in the park. They offered very useful recommendations, invaluable tips and more. Because of Greg and Lynda's assistance, we decided to extend our stay at Yellowstone Westgate Hotel an additional two days, we had originally booked three days. The rooms were filling up extremely fast. Though we had to downgrade, Lynda put a lot of effort and time into accommodating us in securing another room. Because of my physical limitations, she was able to get us rooms, both bookings, that were very convenient and close to the elevator. Greg and Lynda were definitely highlights in our Yellowstone visit with their genuinely warm and friendly welcome. We believe they are both assets to Yellowstone Westgate Hotel. We would return and stay here if we had opportunity to visit the Park again. We extend our gratitude to the Berlins for helping make this such an enjoyable vacation. Russ and Audrey Lee
