“The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing.”

“My wife and I were looking for a comfortable/secluded home that was close to highway access. This home was perfect! We were able to easily see a lot of WNY due to the multiple nearby roads and highway. Additionally, the quaint town of Westfield was close so we were able to go grocery shopping, get coffee, and pick up take-out from multiple restaurants that were all within 5 mins. The house itself came exactly as advertised! We spent a lot of time in the back room reading, playing games, and……

“We were pleased with the unit and the location. The only drawback was the gazebo had rusted scaffolding stored around it that took away any thoughts of enjoying it in the evening. That’s why we only gave the online listing three stars instead of five.”

“We have been coming to Lake Chautauqua for 20 years and this is the best home that we have rented . The house has a great dock for at least 2 boats. The house is nicely updated with all things necessary to make a great stay. The house is clean with plenty of room for a large family. The owners are very quick to respond to any problems that you might have. Our group has rented this home twice, and are looking forward to returning.”

“Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall……

“Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The cabins were delightful, beautiful wooden views. Lots of amenities in the main house and everything was super clean. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very communicative. Close to hiking, wineries, breweries, and Chautauqua.”
