“This was a short stop just to get some sleep before getting on the road again. The room was nice though and the bed comfortable.”

“The king room was wonderful!!! The jetted tub is a must,when you work as hard as I do!!! Barbara from front desk was a Gem, easy check in!!! For its location in Spring Lake, nc it was quiet and relaxing!!! My retreat was much needed and Spring Lake Hotel proved it!!! This will definitely be a place that i will return!!!”

Hard to get food without her complaining or acting like you’re making more work for her by being there. The breakers tripped one morning and she was rude about it and loudly complaining about the property and maintenance. ”

The restaurant was out of biscuits and bacon for at least two days I was there. Cleaning staff assigned to my room performed dismally last three days I was there. “From the first phone call to check-in before I got there and everything in between was wonderful!! Kimberly at the front desk is a treasure! I needed more towels, no problem! I had a question about where to eat - a full list was made available, we drove down from Boston and wanted to see if we could get in our room earlier - no problem! Room was clean, cool and smelled fresh! Continental breakfast was available with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and their staff was all smiles! Overall great……
