“What a cute, remote, little place this is! All you hear are the rumble of the waves and look out on the vista of the Bay of Plenty and Whakari/White Island. Highly recommend. If you're in need of supplies, Opotiki is a 10 minute drive away otherwise, enjoy the wilderness. Fully equipped unit to spend time away from it all. ”

Lynda has been a wonderful host - especially for me being new to the area. Great location - literally a ten second walk to the beach - and away from the hustle and bustle of town. “At 3pm on the day i was supposed to check in, having driven for nearly 4 hrs to get there, the owner advised that the property was not available! I had to drive all the way home again, and miss out on all my holiday plans. Totally gutted. Appalled by the behaviour of the owner. ”
