“I was very impressed with this historical hotel which was obviously renovated and looks new. My only complaint was the staff had difficulty with their computer system with check in and check out, but that has more to do with the computer not the staff.”

“Excellent staff and accommodations. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was fully furnished (beautifully) with enough seating for my large family to come and visit us comfortably for hours. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the suite and will do that again when we go back to Oak Harbor, WA.”

“Rustic historical hotel, friendly service. Very set in doing things a traditional way. When checking in, even though there was six of us in line, the single check in person gave the lengthy speech to each of us, exactly the same even though we near the end of the line heard it several times by then. It would be better to shorten the talk and improve by digitalization or better written communication.”

“Beautiful location and lovely inn. But, what made it excellent was the friendly manager and cook who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best. Breakfast was outstanding. If we are back in that area, we definitely stay at the Saratoga Inn!”

“Stayed one night in old historic post office building. It was well appointed and worth the cost. Heat is good as well as water pressure and temperature in shower. Communication from staff/owner was great and very responsive and helpful.”
