"We enjoyed our one night stay. Easy check in with super friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious, and the Bath and Body Works toiletries were a surprising touch. Breakfast was your average included hotel breakfast. Nice that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight. "

The staff was nice enough but greetings and smiles had to be sought out - they weren't offered freely. Maybe they were tired or just having a not great day, but it's always nice to be greeted with a cheery "hello, welcome to ..." and a "Good morning, how did you rest last night?" and we didn't get that until after we started the conversation.
