“It’s a good hotel to stay”

“AC broke inoperable. Light switches were old. Water pressure was good. Bathroom outdated. Mismatched comforters. Hallway lights flickering. ”

“Pros: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Cons: We we're on the first floor and our room was invaded with earwig bugs. The people in the room above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Kept us up first night.”

“Stayed in May 2024 and the hotel was newly reopened after a change in hotel chain ownership, and a full interior/exterior renovation. It was essentially a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Located in central Norton, VA with many dining choices nearby. My only complaint is that trucks roll through town pretty early weekday mornings and there is some road noise. Overall recommended.”
