"The hotel appearance is consistent with the rest of the city. Wick is a bit dirty and industrial. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and food at the hotel was very good. We traveled to Wick for the coastline long hikes and that did not disappoint. The hikes were amazing and worth the effort to travel this far north."

"Really easy check in. Stunning clean room and excellent value for money. The off-street parking is right beside the property and easy to find. The kitchen area with air fryer and microwave was really useful too. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if I’m ever in Wick again. Our room was also so quiet we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Thank you so so much! "

"Our stay was great. We were delayed into town due to a canceled flight but Callum was there when we arrived and promptly showed us to our room. Our room was clean and sufficient for our needs. The area is good for walking around Wick. We didn’t have a chance to have a drink in the bar as it was closed the two evenings we were there. I would recommend and we plan to return again "

"Fantastic stay at John O Groats. We had booked a double ensuite room which looked lovely. When we arrived the manager was waiting for us to ask if we would mind if they upgraded our room as the heating wasnt wasnt working. Obviously we didnt mind. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to our upgraded room. They had given us a three bedroomed, two bathroom lodge which was amazing. Warm, comfortable clean and pur luxury. We settled down by the logburner to watch the sea through the huge windows....
