“We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. ”

“4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”
