“The rooms are comfortable and spacious, I’ve stayed here before thats why I decided to stay here again. The only issue was that our kitchen didn’t have any pots or pans, it had utensils, plates and cups but I wasn’t able to cook. Good thing he had booked two rooms and that way we were able to use the pots from the other room. There was no laundry room on any kind of the two rooms. Everything else was great. The people at the front office were very helpful”

“Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. “Fort Magruder has the best deal for Williamsburg, hands down. We go monthly to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country—perfect location for both parks. It’s not the fanciest, but the front desk folks are friendly, the breakfast is included, and rest is had. ”

“The pictures are deceptive, the property where I stayed was in the back last row of the property. The room was not up to the standards that I am used too. It was clean, the room didn't smell too- good (rug). Very outdated”

“My stay was as I expected. I always clean and disinfectant my hotel room wherever I go, so it was clean enough at arrival. Staff was friendly, nice amenities, convenient to dozens of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was extraordinary or standout. I did appreciate the option for late check out because we were exhausted.”

“We have always had such bad luck with hotels, but we were so incredibly pleased with how smooth this entire stay was. The staff was responsive, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing, and the breakfast was a huge win for my family. At one point, there was a rowdy neighbor across the hallway late at night, and when we called the front desk, they dealt with it immediately. Within 5 minutes it was all quiet again.
