“We had such a great time riding and we loved going to a spot that had some privacy for us to unwind at the end of the night. We had plenty of room for our larger trailer which was a relief. Kristy and Justin were amazing host and did a great job at making you feel as if this was your home away from home. Thank you times a million.”

“The house was amazing. Clean and very well kept property. The hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with, not to mention they own the bar and restaurant right next door. The food was delicious, and for breakfast, they offer a breakfast buffet. There is also an AMAZING sno cone (best sno cone I ever had) and ice cream joint within walking distances. Easy access to trails (about a 5 minute ride to the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead) Amazing stay. Highly recommend if you are looking to……

“Everything was just as listed very clean and super close to the Hatfield and McCoy Trails! The owner was very nice and helpful! Had a 2 firepits and a grill out back with plenty of wood. Would definitely recommend it and we would stay here again 100%”

“It was our second time back with our whole quad squad Framily crew and even all the kids loved it. The area is just beautiful and there's plenty of yard room to do fun activities and have the small kiddos ride around. Close to trails and can ride the quad pretty much anywhere. Brandon is always amazing with replying to messages and being quick about it. They're fantastic people to rent from and we will be continuing to go back bc we love it and them so much!!”

“It was a great place to stay nice and clean cottage everything you needed , located in a private area. The owner of the cottage had checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything and said if we didn't have what we needed just let him know he would make sure we had it. They were very nice people. We even got to meet his family. We enjoyed a few nice evenings sitting by a fire, listening to music and cooking out on a grill that was provided with the rental property also had an on-site……
