"一共book左兩間房，排隊排左接近一個鐘check-in時告知酒店裝修緊唔夠房提供，轉左我地去另一間酒店住，話景觀一樣，去到另一間酒店又要重新排隊半個鐘check-in, 完全浪費時間，上到房發現景觀差好多，好大個停車場擋住左個瀑布景觀，到夜晚返酒店又唔知乜野原因封哂啲電梯唔比上房，亦冇工作人員解釋，只見消防員黎到隔一陣先可以返上房間。"
