“We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was just like the pictures. The booking was thru VRBO but then another company Grand Welcome took over then they wanted me to check in with Super Hog. I had to call and make sure it was not a scam and we would have a place to stay. I thought too many people asking for information was unnecessary. There were no pans to cook anything. We were looking forward to a nice home cooked meal from grandma (of course we help!) and that never happened. I did contact the company and they said……

“We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!”

Host has thought of everything to help guests have an enjoyable time with high quality mattresses, sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture, entertainment, etc. Even the adults could enjoy the zip line! Loved time with family outside in the mornings/evenings with everyone as the outdoor property is also beautiful and peaceful just like the inside.”

We were very pleasantly surprised to find an historic cabin that had all of the updated modern amenities--that didn't take away from the historic charm. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great lakeside location--couldn't ask for more--and the host was awesome--very responsive and extremely accommodating and friendly. If you are headed to the area--I would choose this place over any other hotel, inn, or rental that I've seen.”
