“Wykeham Arms is absolutely charming historic coaching inn/pub, enlivened by charming staff and decor. Our room was a fun mix of comfort and quirk. “The venue was nice but felt a little tired. The window in the room we had did not shut properly as it was broken. The table in the room was sticky and dusty. The lift had a very poor paint job. The bar had a limited choice of drinks However the staff were friendly and the food at breakfast was good. "The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!"
