Overall experience is brilliant: good lake view, good service, clean, comfortable.
But there's only one drawback: the shower drains very slow. I had to finish shower in 5 mins to avoid water flooding out.
I still highly recommend this hotel.

遊湖首選
发布日期：2020年3月22日 发布在：Hotels酒店的格局雍容華貴，跟湖區絕配，餐廳正對著溫湖，是觀賞溫湖最佳位置，早餐午餐晚餐每頓待兩個小時觀賞湖光山色也絕不為過，將來有機會一定再來！

飯店就在碼頭旁邊，前面就是湖，飯店自己還有一個優美的公園，裡面還有很多野生的兔子跑來跑去很可愛，環境非常好，風景優美，飯店餐廳食物也很好吃，價格也不貴，櫃檯工作人員很親切，唯一的缺點是有些工作人員看起來很累，整體住宿經驗非常非常棒

Great location, excellent parking options. Disappointed with the room compared to the rest of the hotel. Room was very run down.

Rude reception staff not accommodating to housekeeping requests. Poor customer service overall not a good experience for global trotters

The room was lovely. Well proportioned and cosy. The views onto the Lake were stunning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
