“We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. We recommend to others and hopefully will be able to return in the years to come. Kelley and Tenaja Lynch”

“Just back from a wonderful weekend! Hamish was the perfect host. The best welcome pack ever !!!! Pictures do not do little Hideaway justice. I don’t think there would be anything you could need or want and it not be there. Absolutely Spotless and in a perfect location. “Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. Was a bit cramped with a family, but had easy access to Windsor. We utilized the kitchen to cook which was a nice amenity. We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. There were no directions or contact info in the book, which would have been helpful. It was a great stay overall……

“My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Hamish and Susie! This was BY FAR the best VRBO we ever have stayed in. There was not one detail missed. It was very well maintained, clean, beautiful location, the grounds were gorgeous and the host were next level helpful. The communication was 10 stars! We have 4 very large boys all over 6’3 and they were very comfortable in the beds. There were so many extras that made our trip easy. A beautiful welcome basket filled with……

“Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The property was full of character, very clean and in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Check in was very straightforward. Would highly recommend. ”

“There is no parking at the property. It’s pot luck on roads around the property!! I received a parking ticket during my stay having specifically booked because the listing said parking. The beds were really comfortable, but some of the cleanliness and condition of things was questionable. There’s also a really noisy neighbour who blares television through the wall until 12pm. Shame, it had so much potential.”

“We had the most wonderful stay over Christmas at this property. The house is very spacious and clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need! We enjoyed touring the Eton school grounds, walking the Long Walk at the castle and watching the deer, Christmas Eve at Eton Chapel, and of course the many pubs in the area. We took the train to London for a day but would probably skip that next time and stay local. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful apartment, tastefully furnished, great location. Thoughtful groceries left to ensure you didn't have to rush out before a cup of tea and coffee. The only and i mean only negative thing to say was Parking was a challenge! ”

“Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. WiFi needs to be stronger to be able to cast from your device to the TV. Other than that they give you……
