“Wonderful apartment, tastefully furnished, great location. Thoughtful groceries left to ensure you didn't have to rush out before a cup of tea and coffee. The only and i mean only negative thing to say was Parking was a challenge! ”

“Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. WiFi needs to be stronger to be able to cast from your device to the TV. Other than that they give you……

“The location of this property was exactly what we wanted. On the Thames, lots of wildlife and less then 30 minutes drive to Legoland, Chessington & Thorpe park. In the kitchen you’ll find all the equipment you’ll need. The owner left us several bottles of wine & some chocolates which were well received. There is a karaoke machine & piano for entertainment. The hot tub was a good size and would comfortably fit 4 people. It’s just frustrating then the owner specifies that 36 degrees is hot……

“Cracking location for what we wanted, parking was very useful and walking distance to the attractions and trains into London etc. Apartment was very lovely. We'd definitely stay there again.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. Was a bit cramped with a family, but had easy access to Windsor. We utilized the kitchen to cook which was a nice amenity. We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. There were no directions or contact info in the book, which would have been helpful. It was a great stay overall……

“My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Hamish and Susie! This was BY FAR the best VRBO we ever have stayed in. There was not one detail missed. It was very well maintained, clean, beautiful location, the grounds were gorgeous and the host were next level helpful. The communication was 10 stars! We have 4 very large boys all over 6’3 and they were very comfortable in the beds. There were so many extras that made our trip easy. A beautiful welcome basket filled with……

“Fabulous location and apartment. We were staying for a visit to Lapland and visited the castle and Local sights. Great restaurants in walking distance. My only suggestion is the apartment needs some decoration and freshening up, new bedding (duvets/pillows/mattress) protectors. The walls & carpets are very marked. But the apartment on the whole is very clean.”

“While visiting our son and family in Fulham we decided to visit the Windsor area for a long weekend. Found the Old Mill House and it was perfect. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and walking distance to everything. we went along the Thames each morning on our way into town. 20-30 minute walk depending on ages of grandkids. House was in a private setting and quiet neighborhood. We brought in our favorite local chef Nick ( Food by Hope ) and had dinner 2 nites out under the stars on our enclosed……
