"We needed a place near town for a funeral we were attending and also wanted space for family to visit after the funeral. My sister has a 14 month old puppy that would not do well in a hotel room. "It fit my needs perfectly! I needed a nice cute little cabin that would sleep 8 people. This one fit the bill! Not huge but it worked for us. I would stay again. You did have to bring your own bedding and towels, but no problem there. People at check in were nice and friendly. camp grounds were nice and people all seemed nice and happy. :)"

"I LOVED the Sunrise cabin! It was camping but with a few amenities that made the experience much better than sleeping in a tent. Very peaceful and quiet and only a 10 minute walk to Lake Superior. The showers in the lodge were an added bonus. I definitely will be back and have already shared with friends, encouraging them to check out this awesome place!"

"My Husband and I stayed here one night as we passed through on our way home to Missouri. It was very cute and clean. The outhouse was not bad at all. We took to the hike to the lake and explored the beach before coming back to the cabin. Warming up soup for dinner that we brought and reading some books that were n the cabin. The weather was perfect and the fireplace made it nice in the evening and throughout the night. We visited May 29-30, we saw deer turkey and as we left a black bear was on...

"We had a great time! House was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Just adorable! I would recommend cutting the grass and storing your wood in a sheltered area. The wood was too wet to use-we had to purchase some & the grass was long with prickly vines on the stairs. The grass was long around the BBQ."

"What a beautiful place we stayed at, extremely serene. We were there for Automotion 2024 and the location to Edge O’Dells for the burn out pits was so close and convenient. The main reason we were there. Literally like a mile away. There’s a fire pit with provided fire wood and Tierney, the owner was super amazing and reasonable. She made it a home away from home for us and our two dogs. Thank you so much!!"
