“The apartment was very very nice. Clean, fresh, good location to highways, shopping, and restaurants. When you see the building from the outside you may question it, don’t question it. Area is safe. The little store next to the entrance is really good and authentic. Half mile from a great brewery.”

Encountered several maintenance issues, a few of which we're handled within a few hours of notification (leaking toilet, missing lightbulbs under kitchen cabinets, patio door hinge loosening with use was tightened, dishwasher drain cleaned out), with other repairs requiring more specialized attention after our stay (missing seal on dishwasher causing leakage; hinge repair on patio door). “Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. ”
