“The property is easy to access and the house is filled with natural light from the huge windows. It’s a wonderful getaway if you want to unplug and enjoy a cozy few days of quiet. We found a waterfront Mexican restaurant nearby and walked to the winery next door. It’s very clean and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. Loved drinking coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful pond view. Left relaxed and refreshed!”

“Our friends have been getting away once a year for the past 20 years and your home provided us with a relaxing and cozy home on the lake with beautiful views. There were some minor issues with breakers needing to be reset several times (primarily for the kitchen) and the breakers in the breaker box (behind the downstairs refrigerator) were not labeled. “Designed perfect for renting. We had 7 adults 5 children of ages 2-10. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Each family had the ability to spread out and have “space”. The basement is alone is perfectly designed as a seperate livable space. Property is quietly situated between two wood lines making for a private feel. “After months of back in forth on wedding venues, we decided on a small wedding weekend at Lake Anna with our immediate families. There were 17 of us in total and we could not have been more pleased with the stay. “The house is great with lots of room. The majority of the inside of the home was clean. The basement had dirt and bugs that needed to be cleaned prior to stay. The only uncomfortable bed was the upstairs queen bed. It creaked every time you moved. The outside needed maintenance.
