“Excellent stay house was just as described. Super clean and quiet”

“This rental home is located on a secluded road overlooking a nice countryside in Richmondville. The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. The house is equipped with new appliances, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room area that came in very useful. The owners are gracious and helpful and have done an amazing job in decorating and furnishing the house. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a……

“Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!”

The house was situated on a mountain side with windows gallore with a view to die for. A true feel of luxary living in the mountains but not far from stores. “Just far enough out of town. Within half hour of major breweries and larger towns. Quiet neighborhood. On dirt road. Travel would be tough in winter months. Other than windy hills and many narrow roads from where i was coming from. 90% of the travel was rt90.”
