NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. $300 fine for smoking in unit, on balcony or on property. Vacation rental is clean and sanitized by disinfectants that are EPA registered for use against COVID-19 (the coronavirus). Starting in April 24, 2024 we will provide towel and sheet service. Until then bring your sheets or towels.

Two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo on 6th floor of Station One. Station One is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and offers a community pool, children's play area and a tennis and basketball court. This unit is convenient to the pool and beach access and offers high speed internet and a TV in master bedroom and main living room. With a great location and loads of amenities Station One is the ideal location for your family's next get away.

Bedding Information

1 King (Master), 1 queen and 1 single (second bedroom), 1 King in the couch and one single in the chair (living room). Starting in April of 24, we will have a sheet and towel service. They will be put at the foot of your beds.

We provide one roll of both toilet tissue and paper towels. (sorry I feel the need to explain this but we disappointed a guest in this area.)

We do not provide beach chairs, toys or umbrellas.

- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 3 night minimum

- 2 car parking only. Campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted

- Community pool (Open May 1 - Sept 30)
