Beautiful beaches, nice big pools, greenery, well kept buildings, delicious food with good variety, fun activities, nice shopping, beautiful lobby/art, multiple resorts, water slides/water park, lots to do on site.
Only comment: add more diverse and consistent evening entertainment and start earlier with family friendly post dinner fun.

Everything except the check in process was great.they need to update their system and streamline the check in, or at least allow online pre-check in, like in cruises.
The staff, food and drinks were all excellent! We want to come back, but really hope it doesn’t take 2 hours since we arrived to get into our room

Beach was gorgeous and the resort was nice. However the staff would either be amazing or rude. Our AC stopped working day one of the trip we were there for 9 days no one ever fixed it. The maids sometimes cleaned our room really well other times they forgot to give us towels.

The only thing i did not like is that as a vip guess, i was placed on the 3rd building away from the pool (8300 building), very long walk to the pool area. But the property is great, will definitely come back.
