“Great location and very friendly staff! ”

“Over all the stay was nice. I was irritated that when i found food crumbs and ants across the floor. The response was to bring ant bait, which would be fine, except they left it at the door with the expectation that i would be setting it out. The heat was centralized in the hallway, and did not really warm up the rest of the unit. Would have been nice to have some sort of awning or cover on the porch.”

“Just went to decompress and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The bridge was kind of loud but get used to it. The view from the apartment is beautiful . It was nice to go walk down by the little shops along the water. The code to get in the apartment is very long, that was kind of a pain . Besides that, it was a nice place to stay.”

“Location, location, location. Great spot to watch the ocean, waves & sunsets. Easy walk to the Nye Beach area, restaurants and shopping. Dated, but very livable.”

“Beautiful condo in the heart of old town. Comfortable beds. Large deck overlooking the river. We saw sea lions in the river And a bald eagle chasing a hawk. Wonderful,”

“Not super overpriced... the wifi was way to slow to stream on the tv and the keys to the pool and rec area didnt work, but very nice views and central location.”

“The accomodations are clean, fresh, and comfortable. The hosts are generous, clearly communicate and respond quickly to all questions. The accomodations are in historic Florence, with easy access to shops and dining. And within a short distance to the beach. I would high recommend this vacation spot.”

“Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come……

“The place was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 issues: (1) when I went to get a wine glass, I noticed 2 glasses that had cracks in them. I left them on the counter. (2) The dishwasher was full of clean dishes (I assume from the previous guests. I didn't empty it and just washed the dishes I used. Other than those 2 minor things, I had a wonderful stay.”

“The beds were comfortable. The only issue was the ice machine not being hooked up and making noise constantly. It was very annoying. But I rate the place a 10 over all. We would definitely stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo had everything you could want and the view can’t be beat! Very relaxing to just sit and watch the river and wildlife! A nice short walk to Old Town for coffee or dinner and drinks! Or ice cream!! You can’t go wrong staying here!”

“A good value with beach access and near Nye Beach. Everything was functional and clean. Some is a bit Oregon beach funky, but fine for us. One thing to note is that there are 1/4 inch foam mats under the floor rugs. A bit of a tripping hazard for my wife with knee issues. The long entry code is a bit scary if the phone goes dead, but worked every time. Overall, no complaints. We would book it again.”
