“It started with an upgrade to a one bedroom suite that was so huge that we never felt we are in a hotel. With some amazing restaurants and Spa we had a great time. Gym is so good you crave to go for exercise. ”

“Staff was excellent and restaurants were superb. The room was clean but the property is old and could use some renovation. There was only one night where the noise was too loud (at 3am) but one call to the front desk and it was promptly addressed! ”

“The hotel is over all good but the things can be better. The menu in the restaurant is limited. It doesn't serve stuffed Parathas, almond and wall nut in breakfast. It doesn't show any business channel on TV. Staff is good and caring at all touch points. ”

“Generally good. Lovely Heritage hotel. Nice rooms. Short ride from Park Street and the tourist attractions but nothing that great near the hotel. Staff were generally pleasant. Main issue was hygiene. Whilst the hotel appeared clean, I saw a mouse in the restaurant one evening and a member of staff putting a used plate back in the cupboard without washing.”
