“Very pleasant stay. Nice breakfast. Neat and clean room. Very green hotel and rewarded with a free drink at the bar if you choose not to make up the room. Also, the hotel offered to change my room at once since there was abit problem with the water sink. ”

“於15/12預訂入住，18/12去到酒店才發現酒店有工程暫停營業，獲安排到同集團U Hotel入住。臨時要更改所有Local tour的酒店接送地點。加上酒店並無車接載你到他們安排的U Hotel ，要在下雨天自行拖行李箱前往。雖然安排的U Hotel 不錯，也相對較便利。但如預計在工程期間不接待客人，那便不應在3天前還接受預訂，或要在預訂前說明一下。”

“Very nice two night stay at Hotel Heritage recently. The hotel is small (only 20 rooms), lovely, and in a great location. FYI - Ljubljana has the largest pedestrian zone in Europe, so you cannot drive to Hotel Heritage, even to drop off luggage. However, it's located pretty close to the edge of the zone, so you can cab to the bridge at the end of the pedestrian zone, and then it's a 5-minute (tops!) walk to the hotel with your luggage from there. The staff were really helpful - they ordered us……

“I stayed for 3 nights. I was not satisfied with the room service since I requested extra hangers on the first day, but I can only receive it on the third day. The toilet floor was not cleaned and mopped. The good one was breakfast included. The choice of foods was enough and the taste was ok. ”
