“There were quite a few hiccups- including the room we booked not being available and us having to switch rooms. Breakfast was pretty sparse. But honestly, the friendliness of the staff made up for it. They were really nice and super helpful, despite being short staffed and under stocked.”

“The stay was clean, however when checking in I was not advised of the complementary hordours & drinks. This was very upsetting. ”

“After traveling all night we were in hopes for an early check in and was told check in was at 3 to come back then. Then the clerk tried to school us on how the hotel industry works! They did absolutely nothing to try and accommodate us. I was in town to get married so I just brushed it off and let it go! Myself being a GM for two hotel franchise properties for more than 18 years of my career know how the check in and check out process works. There was absolutely no reason to be as rude as the……

“Thank God for Quality Inn. The hotel we were suppose to stay at called the morning of our trip to cancel our reservation because their elevator went out and their ADA accessible rooms were on the second floor. Only down fall with Quality Inn is their suites are on the second floor and elevator is small. One person and my dad In his wheelchair barely fit. ”

“We stayed 2 nights. The elevator was broken, but the staff were quick to find us a 3rd floor option better than our original 5th floor room. The Breakfast was wonderful- Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, oatmeal, and more. The free cocktails and dinner meals were very good- tacos and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We’ve been coming to this hotel for years to visit our son and so appreciate the warm staff and hospitality. Thanks so much! ”
