This is illegal in many states and may be illegal in New York. I complained and they did not budge - this is a deceptive practice and they should cut it out. Other than this it is a nice hotel with a great breakfast. "

I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs; they came in handy as the room is right beside the kitchen. Not terribly noisy, but noticeable to me without earplugs. "Great hotel. The price was right and the hotel was clean and well designed with lots of space and comfort in the room which had a balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was free parking. I was not expecting this level of high quality for the price I was paying."
