“there s very less facilities in the hotel. only one soap for both washing hair and body.always less toilet papers. Besides,some staff were not nice,bad attitude !”

“Stayed here 3 nights and loved it, the staff were so welcoming and made us feel very looked after. The restaurant is great and you can request to eat poolside which is lovely. Location is great for the beach/shops. Rooms and grounds felt pristinely clean. ”

“Pro: The villa is very beautiful with large private pool. However the water is bit cold for swimming. Villa is large with big bathroom and a huge bath tube. Con: We left a message in the booking to arrange romantic decoration however nothing is done which is a bit disappointed. The floating breakfast charge 350K extra which is much higher than many other hotels in Bali. There is no free room service for breakfast which costs extra 50K where many bali hotel has free room service breakfast. We……

“優點:1.入住有迎賓柳橙汁2.飯店服務人員親切3.Villa設備新4.空間規劃也很舒適5.Villa環境安靜舒適6.房內提供整桶的蒸餾水可以使用，還有冷熱開水很方便。7.Villa內泳池和戶外公共泳池水都很乾淨，不會冰涼很舒服。8.早餐是點套餐的方式，好吃量多也可以吃很飽。9.冰箱很大，提供很多需額外付費的飲料和零食。10.晚上和朋友一起在戶外小廚房吃喝聊天非常有氣氛，很棒很喜歡!11.門口周圍附近就有好吃的餐廳和按摩服務很好的店家，價格經濟實惠又很方便! 缺點: 1.泳池有點小2.戶外小廚房有微波爐，但可以使用的餐具只有杯子、刀叉湯匙、大瓷盤，沒有碗或鍋子可以使用。3.早餐餐廳的嬰兒餐椅似乎沒有人使用，非常髒。4. 冰箱冷凍庫冰一整天的水不會結冰，只能維持冰水的狀態，冷藏部分正常。5.吹風機風很小，長頭髮要吹很久”

“The floor wasn't clean enough. Walked on the floor was very uncomfortable without indoor slipper. The location was beautiful ! Just next to the beach and Finns beach club. I don't know why they didn't allow other taxi coming. Even the local taxi company Blue Bird wasn't allowed.The only taxi was outside. From here to Kuta charged 200,000 IDR. It was crazy price in Bali.”

“Stayed for a week, great spot, new, stylish hotel with fast, reliable wifi. No brekkie but you’re welcome to use their kitchen or I’d recommend sauntering up the hill to try chef/owner’s place, Somerset. Easy to explore on foot from here - quick walk to the beach. Our last stop of a month on Bali and we’re sorry to leave these beautiful, kind people.”
