“Residence Inn accommodations were excellent, especially for mobility access and amenities of the suites. Hotel was also perfect for proximity to PNC Park and the many restaurants and pubs in the Pittsburgh North Shore area.”

“I called down to the front desk to ask if there was a good Italian restaurant within walking distance. She took a few minutes to answer, then said she didn’t really know any except for like two pizza places. Then I asked if there were any nicer restaurants, like for a date night. Then she said she wasn’t really familiar with the area, so she had no idea. She said she would call back after she asked around, but she never did. ”

“The convenience of having the Marriott next to arena was great. Access from the parkway off the exit was simply the best . Decreases the travel time and eliminates stress in avoiding city traffic. The staff at the hotel were very nice and check in efficient and took very little time. The hotel room was old and could use a face lift . It was very clean .! All in all it was a great experience staying at this hotel site. ”

“The staff upon my arrival was helpful and courteous. We arrived a few hours before check in time, so they took care of our bags till we returned later in the evening. Staff was very informative. They don’t have a shuttle, but they arrange for a Lyft ride to the airport at no charge. ”

“Our room was newly remodeled. However the facility needed an outside remodel and clenaing 1st. Bathroom counter was dirty. But the rest of the room was clean. Parking lot didn’t feel very safe.”
