“Beach front hotel. Very clean. The only con is the ice cream we bought at the front desk was too tiny for a scoop. It's just 1/5 of the cup, Ridiculous!”

“離市區不算太遠、有公交車可以抵達車站及市區、打D到車站費用約13-18人民幣、交通方面還算方便、可惜飯店沒有代客叫車服務、是美中不足的地方！”

“This is probably the worst hotel in haikou. From the experience to the hotel itself. The inner decor is like something out from a 90s movie. The location sucks and no restaurants around. Even the food delivery service refuses to deliver to this hotel cause is in the middle of nowhere. Also the service is quite bad. I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel again even if it’s for free. ”

“Great hotel for the most part. Nothing close buy unless you took a taxi. Sometimes they couldn't get a taxi and you would have to wait for an hour or so.”

“The breakfast is not hot and comfortable, the quality is very poor, looks like bought from supper market. ”

“When we check out.We never take the glass from room.Their charges us rmb40 and compulsory give tips rmb10 Actually i already put the tips on the bed but check out recepeition still need to costs me and without receipt”

“Fight arrived at 2am and they did come and pick us up from the airport after we gave them a call as instructed. However, upon arriving they claimed they did not have our reservation, so I produced the email confirmation from Hotels.com The night staff said he has no record but out of goodwill based on my email confirmation, gave us the room. The room is so-so, the toilet could be better and there was no hot water. Breakfast was too simple. We went outside to look for something else to eat.”

“The front desk was rude. They could not find my reservation and strictly ask me to wait although I showed prepared receipt, finally I called the manager of hotel and explained, the room key was provided. Second day for breakfast, they did not find breakfast included again. The hotel is shared with other business and use a same elevator, access and exit was not safe. Overall, I suggest to improve the service.”

“The hotel is very run down. All facilities and amenities are so old that we can't really tell if they are dirty or just old. They use pretty light color for their carpet then we see stains all over. The toilet seat has yellow or brownie stains that could not be cleaned. Shower and bathroom tiles grouting turned black and it looks pretty scary. Location wise it is not good. Although there is a pretty high end mall within 5 mins walking distance, there's nothing else around. They include……
