“Overall stay was excellent. The pool didn’t work upon our arrival. No one addresses our issue in a timely manner, but did address the problem the day before our departure. Will request compensation for the inconvienance.”

“We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven.”

“The property was very spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with 4 year and 12 months little girls, and we greatly appreciated the stuffed animals, the pack-n-play, and highchair. ”

“Pool was not clean, very cold, charge to much extra to heat it, very bad to pay an extra a that price Floor was not clean at all, our feet were black after walking around few minutes Also the pool filter of the neighbour was so noisy that we could not stay outside around the pool”

“1 would like to place a complaint. There was a foul smell in the house upon arriving. Last night we had looked around to see if we could find the smell but nothing was found. My husband opened the microwave, attempting to heat his left overs and he found a tray of food with mold. It clearly has been there for a while. We were unable to use the microwave. And it smells so foul. I can send a picture of what we found. Also, no one ever responded to my messages. I probably won’t be doing this……
