“Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. ”

“We were upgraded to a HUGE two-bed suite when the woman checking us in realized the room we had was only one bed and my son and I were traveling together. Everything was fabulous. Great service at the restaurant also for a hometown visit and get together with friends.”
