“A quiet hotel room is a rare find these days. This was such a wonderful experience to have. The room was spacious. The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The staff was super nice and efficient. I would love to stay here again.”

“Not so good of a stay! Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, pool was closed for renovation. Would have been nice if they had let the pool problem be known before reservations were made. I would have gone to another hotel.”

“Perfect, clean hotel walkable to the many bars and restaurants in the flats. Excellent place to celebrate as we did after Cleveland race series. ”

“We didn’t know the address was right downtown, but it was a fun place to stay with a nice gym and great breakfast! The room was large and the kitchen was perfect for us. The bathtub looked stained but everything else was great.”

“Beautiful waterfall and close view point! Convenient location to rest after Cuyahoga park visit. Gas station and food options across the road and next door. Very nice people to alert me the keys that fell out of my pocket outside eatery. Highly recommend.”

“My room was large and comfortable, and the service was friendly. While breakfast was OK, I would have preferred a lower room rate than the free dinner the hotel offers. Because of heavy rain while I was driving to the hotel, I didn't get to the hotel in time to have the free dinner, and based on my experience the night before at another Drury Inn and Suites, there were better dining options a short distance away.”
