“住了兩個晚上，房間沒有打掃，室內備品沐浴乳還沒有了，非常生氣！ 環境也很髒，看起來整體非常差，不符合這個價值。 ”

“I paid $200 more than my daughter in law for the same room because I chose balcony and then she ended up getting the same room. But for $200 less. The balcony was nothing special. But the room, property and service was very good. ”

“When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! ”

“Portholes open, nice beds, friendly staff, next door to carnival cruise port. Literally walking distance. I enjoyed the property and would stay again!!! ”

“Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( ”

“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“Great staff always available, helpful and kind. This hotel experience was wonderful my 3 day stay was not long enough to enjoy all the amenities available, like the pool. I felt like I was staying with a friend. ”

“Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed……
