“The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger. Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet. I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim……

“Due to an admin error on my part we arrived a day earlier than expected, the staff were very helpful and managed to get us into our rooms without any fuss. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located and the staff are very helpful. We had massages in the spa on a couple of days and again the staff were excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.”

“The hotel is 10-15 minutes away by foot from the Sightseeing spots e.g. night market, Mount Phosi, Museum UXO and the Post Office. Around the Hotel there are Restaurants, massage Salons, small Shops, Spa and fruit sellers. The Hotel staff are amazing and doing a great job. We have booked tours, Tuk Tuk Drivers, train tickets with them. They helped us to send a parcel with scissors and Swiss Army knife to our next Hotel within Laos to avoid to be confiscated at the Lao Chinese Railway……
