What I didn’t like was housekeeping never showed up & by the time we realized there was no point in calling the front desk to let them know because it was almost time for bed. "I booked through Expedia and i found the communication from the hotel to be great. I received a text explaining how to activate shuttle ride from the airport, along with explanation on where to meet the driver. I will say they might need to update those instructions as it was slightly different than what desk clerk told me when i called to let them know i had arrived. I appreciated the text. "The staff was very helpful. Quirky Chicago Cubs decor was fun. As a hotel in a city neighborhood, the somewhat unusual procedures for driving up and dropping off, how and where to park,etc were explained well by the front desk. And that desk was manned by a real human all the time. A co-operative arrangement with the public parking garage (almost next door) was very affordable. Fun home base, near Wrigley Field and public transport."
