"Always a great HISTORIC INN "

"This our second stay in this property. Our room was quite large and we had the lovely balcony overlooking the trees. The Constance is accessible to most of Lenox. The two recommendations would be to have some protein at breakfast, ie eggs, cheese instead of the foods that were laden with sugar and carbs. Also, the lobby noise at night was quite loud; We experienced the piano being played at 10:45pm. We had a hard time getting back to sleep."

"The hotel has been updated with comfortable rooms that are clean and nice. The pool area is clean. Breakfast was great. Easy, fast, and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The only downsides are: rooms surrounding the pool area are loud during open pool hours. Rooms could use a with noice cancelling material in the hallway walls. The parking garage is closed, but not yet under construction. So the surrounding area looks dated and rundown, but the hotel building itself...

"The Appletree Inn newly aquired by Claire Collery, is a treasure! Claire, has taken every effort to make the Inn welcoming, elegant and comfortable for each guest who comes through their doors. The pool was clean and delightfully refreshing while looking out on the Berkshire Hills. The room in the lodge, was basic, but extremely clean and quiet. The main Inn had their "soft opening" of the bar last night, and it was just lovely, and a delicious breakfast with top notch Depot coffee awaited us...

"Very beautiful, peaceful property with lovely porches. Everything was extremely well maintained and the staff was thoughtful, helpful and kind. The public rooms are welcoming and comfortable, and the porches are great. The private room was small but just the right amount of space. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with many diverse offerings. The granola was excellent."
