“A nice hotel located in what I believe is the financial district. The front desk staff, bell people etc. were all very friendly and kind, the room was nice, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The view was just between a bunch of buildings and always dark, but other than that, we liked it! ”

“Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. ”

“Nice hotel. No parking need to valet. Dusty room. Breakfast wasn’t any good. 2 nights stay. Would refer to others because issues could be fixed. Yes I would give it another try. Need you to know. Room was dusted and cleaned after I requested. Fixable!!”

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“Súper bien ubicado en el centro, muy cómodas las camas y limpias, no nos hicieron un día el aseo y otro día lo hizo a medias, no supimos por qué. En general disfrutamos y el desayuno nos pareció muy bien, huevo de diferente forma cada día , cereales , pan buen café y caliente , fruta . Yo si lo recomiendo”

“Comfortable and spacious room, good location Cleanliness can be improved, washbasin drained slowly. Saw some debris on edge of cupboard, and hair of previous occupier. The fan next to the window was noisy though I managed to sleep still”
