“When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! ”

“Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( ”

“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“住了兩個晚上，房間沒有打掃，室內備品沐浴乳還沒有了，非常生氣！ 環境也很髒，看起來整體非常差，不符合這個價值。 ”

“We were very pleased with the hotel and restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent! Loved all the new upgrades and bar. Walked right to the park and shops. Will definitely be back.”

“I traveled with my husband and 4 kids, price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are average sized, it’s an old hotel and being remodeled. Everything was clean in our rooms except the floors. My kids’ socks were BLACK from how dirty they were. It was a good experience overall, again I didn’t expect much from how low the price was so I’m satisfied with what I got. ”
