“This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, best customer service ever, great breakfast, great location, best bedroom, convenient parking if you are going to Target Center or Target Field, you don't need to walk on downtown streets to get around these facilities so you always feel safe. The guys at the reception gave us the best VIP treatment we have ever received, my daughter didn't want to leave the hotel because she was never spoiled like she was at this hotel, we'll definetly……

“I stayed there to be close to the Convention Center and access through the skyways and they lock the skyways at 6 pm. This was not ideal when it was pouring rain and dressed up. ”

“Stayed on the fifth floor. Loved the high ceiling and comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom.”

“Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me.”

“We had a light bulb out in the bathroom and they sent maintenance up immediately to fix it.”

“Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. ”

“We had a great stay at the AC Marriott. We arrived in Minneapolis early and they were accommodating to an early check in. The staff was all very friendly and the hotel was very clean. ”

“I really liked the location of this hotel, right by the train and University. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, and the door to my room rattled when anyone else nearby shut their door. But I wasn’t in the room much, so it really didn’t bother me a lot.”

“Wish the AC would have worked better ”

“Our stay was very comfortable. We had a bad first night due to stomping/running/jumping above us at 5AM. Luckily, it didn’t happen any other night. Breakfast was perfect for us. That was a big bonus.”

“One thing I wish could have been different was the breakfast. I wish it was more like a continental breakfast and not like a Starbucks. There should have been traditional breakfast options and it should be included with the purchase of the hotel stay. I wasn’t a fan that we had to pay for the breakfast in addition to the stay. It should be included. ”

“The Celeste has such a rich and interesting history which was incorporated in the renovation to a hotel. Wonderful area with a lot of interesting sites in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay - the Celeste is now our favorite St. Paul Hotel.”
