“It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! “in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“Did not expect we stayed at 5F and the bar downstairs played music till 2 o’clock. Limited space, unrealistic and useless designs. May fit for people who likes night-life style. Not recommend for family and business trip. ”

“I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗.”

“颶風過境造成班機取消在紐約多住一晚，選擇的是兩人房型，價格稍貴CP值不如三人房型，但是服務和居住品質還是很好的。 美中不足：代叫taxi司機是個非常差勁的印度人，一路上一直講電話並且大聲吵架，到機場付費不但不讓刷卡，付現金時明明含小費共計80美元，硬是少找5美元，壞透了！酒店不應該再幫客人安排這樣的taxi!”
